Orientation Session

Compass is centered around information and materials that will be shared at a 90-minute virtual group orientation on Wednesday October 25th at 10am PT (1pm ET / 6pm GMT+1).

By purchasing this program, you agree that you or one representative from your company will be available to join the group orientation session at the scheduled time.

Individual Sessions

All individual sessions will be conducted and completed by Dec 22, 2023.

Pilot Sessions

By purchasing the Compass: Pilot program, you commit to working with NoCo to schedule and complete a one-hour individual feedback session with NoCo at a mutually beneficial time between November 13 – December 22, 2023.

Guide Sessions

By purchasing the Compass: Guide program, you commit to working with NoCo to schedule and complete a two-hour individual work session with NoCo at a mutually beneficial time the week of November 6, 2023, and 4 one-hour coaching sessions at mutually beneficial times the following weeks: November 13-22, 2023; November 27-Dec 1, 2023; December 4-6, 2023; December 18-22, 2023.

Refunds

Full refunds are available until 12pm PT Tuesday October 24th. No refunds after orientation time starts and materials are shared.
