    Amie Pascal

    Amie is a business and org leader who creates the conditions in which creativity flourishes. As a Partner and executive at the digital agency Instrument, Amie built and scaled a successful nearly $20M business, leading a multi-disciplinary team providing full-service offerings to partners such as Google, YouTube, and other Alphabet companies— significantly contributing to Instrument’s growth and transition from indie success to global holding company sale.

    Tsilli Pines

    Tsilli has built, led, and transformed various creative ecosystems, from globally successful creative agencies to non-profit organizations. After 20 years as a Creative Director and Designer, Tsilli became VP of Creative at Instrument, where she led the Design and Writing disciplines and doubled the capacity of the agency’s creative delivery within 3 years. She also co-founded Design Week Portland and fostered the festival, making it a staple in Portland’s cultural life.
